Tres Amigos …..(3) Rolled hand made corn tortilla filled with chicken & dipped in a green, red & mole sauce served with a side of rice & beans. 

Carne A Las Brasas….10 oz. Grilled Rib Eye steak marinated in Mexican species and served with, vegetables and potatoes finished with sautéed Mushrooms al ajillo.     

Chamorro En Salsa De Pasilla…..Slow cooked Lamb shank served with Chile Pasilla sauce on a bed of white rice & spinach.     

Salmón Arriero….Braised salmon served with fresh garlic, lime & Serrano dressing served with potatoes & vegetables. 

Antojos Tentación…..A combination of Chile Relleno, Potato & chorizo Molote and a Huarache.
